Moose Halloween
Hi there! Here's a fun Halloween card for you today. This card is for the Lawn Fawn Lawnscaping Challenge No. 115, Sentiments. http://lawnscaping.blogspot.com/2015/10/lawnscaping-challenge-sentiments.html
I stamped the pirate hat from the Lawn Fawn Booyah stamp set and then cut a mask to put over it. I stamped the moose from the Critters in the Arctic stamp set from Lawn Fawn. I removed the mask and voila, moose with a hat. I used pieces of sentiments from both of these stamp sets to create the sentiment in the banner, which I white heat embossed. I did some quick Copic coloring to bring him to life and then game him a hook hand from that Booyah stamp set. The gray panel was cut using the Cross Stitch Rectangle dies from My Favorite Things. The cardstock is Smoke cardstock from Simon Says Stamp using Smoke ink from them as well. The gray sentiment is the Trick or Treat stamp set from Lawn Fawn. Lastly, the woodgrain panel is dry embossed with an embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers and Neenah Desert Storm. That's it for now, I'll see you soon!

Sail Away
Hi there! Here's one more card I made with Simon Says Stamp's July card kit. Here's a look at the card.
I used the stamp that looked like waves that came in this month's kit and stamped it onto some white cardstock, three times with some Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The cardstock was die cut using Avery Elle's Finished Frames. I did some quick Copic coloring to give the waves some dimension, stamped the waves onto some masking paper and masked off the top wave. I stamped that gorgeous ship from the Simon Says Stamp's Naughty Nauticals stamp set and got busy blending. I used Distress Inks in Spiced Marmalade, Picked Raspberry, Seedless Preserves, Dusty Concord, Chipped Sapphire and Black Soot as well as a mini ink blending tool to blend that fun sunset. The sentiment is from the Sailing stamp set from SSS, heat embossed with some Ranger Enchanted Gold embossing powder. I gave the waves some shine with some clear Wink of Stella and added some star sequins for some interest. That's it for now, thanks so much for taking the time to visit. I'll see you soon.

Hi there! I'm sharing a quick fun card that I made with the July card kit from Simon Says Stamp. One of the stamps from the stamp set is a lifesaver which gave me the idea to make a much bigger one. Here's a look at the card.

I used the triangle background stamp from Hero Arts and some Surf Blue ink from Simon Says Stamp on the card base. I finished it off with the cute sentiment and called it a day. Easy, right? Thanks so much for stopping by today. I'll see you soon.
