Dot Pattern Background

Hello there! I'm up on the Ink Road Blog sharing a super simple and colorful card to compliment someone fantastic in your life. Lets get right into it.
I used the solid circle stamp from the Full Circle stamp set from the Ink Road for some repeat stamping to make the colorful background. I used Sunflower ink from Lawn Fawn, Hot Lips from Simon Says Stamp and Wild Orchid, Grape Soda and Cheese Puff inks from Ranger. I ended up double stamping each circle because I wanted them to be very bold and bright.
The panel was trimmed using the Finished Frames die set from Avery Elle.
To finish the card, I white heat embossed the sentiment from the Compliments Vol. 2 stamp set onto a strip of black cardstock and added foam tape behind it. I added some Moonshine sequins from Simon Says Stamp and called it a day. Super simple, right? I hope you give this card a try. Thanks so much for stopping by today, I'll see you soon.

Monochromatic Dots and Spots

Hi there. I'm up on The Ink Road blog with a cute monochromatic card that's perfect to motivate someone special in your life. Let's jump right into how I put the card together.
I used a T ruler and lightly penciled in some grid lines to line up the images.
The little girl is from the Swanderful stamp set from The Ink Road and the dots are from the Full Circle stamp set. I used My Favorite Things Black Licorice hybrid ink so I would be able to go over the images with Copic markers.
I stamped over the dots in some Peach Fuzz ink from Lawn Fawn and gave the little girls a quick coloring with Copic markers. The circle stamp is from the same Full Circle stamp set from The Ink Road.
The panel was trimmed using the Wonky Stitches die from Avery Elle. I used the Stitched Circles dies from Simon Says Stamp to create the inlay circle with the sentiment. I then die cut from the dotted panel and from some black cardstock. The sentiment is from the Majestic AF stamp set from The Ink Road which I white heat embossed onto the black circle. I finished off the card with some Nuvo chrystal drops in Sugared Almond for added interest and dimension. I hope you give this card a try. Thanks so much for popping by today, I'll see you soon.

Badass Unicorns

Hi there! I'm up on the Ink Road Blog as part of the Friday Feature showcasing the Majestic AF stamp set from the Ink Road.
Majestic AF - OOPS SET

I gold heat embossed the unicorns from the Majestic AF stamp set using some Gold Coast embossing powder from Sparkle N Sprinkle onto some Canson cold pressed watercolor paper. I added hearts from the Blended stamp set and the sentiment is from the Bun Intended stamp set from the Ink Road.
I loosely watercolored the unicorns using Zig Clean Color real brush markers. I used the darker colors at the root of the unicorn's mane and lighter colors at the tips and used a brush and some water to give the colors a quick blend.
I used the Mini Cloud Edges stencil from My Favorite Things and some Peacock Feathers Distress Oxide ink to complete the background. I used the Clouds dies from Paper Smooches to die cut the sentiment and added foam tape behind it for some interest and dimension.
I hope you give this card a try. Thanks so much for popping by today. I'll see you soon.
