Black, White & Gold Congrats

Hi there! Sorry it's been so long since my last post. Here's a little cutie for an Ellen Hutson Challenge. It's for the Ellen Hutson Pin-sights Challenge http://ellenhutson.typepad.com/the_classroom_new/2015/03/introducing-essentials-by-ellen-pin-sights-challenge.html Let's take a look.

Pinterest Challenge 1
The black and white background patterned paper is from Studio Calico. For the gold glitter stripes I used some Scor-Tape and superfine glitter. I used the Wonky Squares dies from Lil Inker Designs for the stitched black and white squares. That gorgeous gold heart is from Basic Grey. The sentiment was die cut using Essentials by Ellen Zipper Panel die set and some gold glitter cardstock. That's it for now, thanks so much for stopping by.

Love at First Sight

Hello. I love photo inspiration challenges, they're my favorite! Here's a card I made for the Waffle Flower Photo Inspiration Challenge. http://waffleflower.com/2015/03/waffle-flower-challenge-march-9-22/ Take a look.

I used the Flirty Frames stamp/die set to punch out the window for the front of the card and to stamp on the inside of the card. I spritzed some Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Citron and Teal for some fun sparkle. The cute mice and sentiment are from the Monochrome stamp set from Waffle Flower. I stamped the mice in Simon Says Stamp Smoke ink and the hearts are stamped in Orchid pigment ink from Avery Elle. I went around the mice with a Copic marker in B0000 for some added interest. That's it for today, thanks for visiting. I'll see you soon.

Sweet Hugs

Hello there! I bought this stamp/die set just so I can make and send cards to my two favorite girls from culinary school. This is also for the Lawnscaping Challenge No. 101, Dots and Stripes. http://lawnscaping.blogspot.com/2015/03/lawnscaping-challenge-dots-stripes.html Here's a look.

The background paper is Candy Necklace from Bazzill. I used a polka dot background stamp from Inkadinkadoo and silver heat embossed it. I used some Perfect Pearl powder and the Flirty Frames stamp/die set from Lawn Fawn for the black label. I die cut the sentiment using Scripty Hugs from Lawn Fawn and some white and silver glitter cardstock. The awesome baking items are from the Lawn Fawn Baked With Love stamp/die set. The color work was done with Copic markers. That's it for now. I can't wait until my girls get these in the mail. Thanks for popping by. I'll see you soon.
